The current Married to Medicine cast looks very different to how it did when the show first premiered.
Nothing can make or break a reality television show quite like its cast. And, Bravo’s wildly popular reality television show, Married to Medicine, has certainly run the gamut in terms of the available talent within the Atlanta medical community.
Married to Medicine’s cast through the years
With the premiere of Married to Medicine’s 10th season in November of 2023, the show has now officially surpassed a decade on television.
And while this is certainly quite a feat, this marathon-run on television also means that the Married to Medicine cast is now almost entirely different from what it was when the show’s first season started airing back in 2013 – with the exception of Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore and Toya Bush-Harris, who have been part of the cast since the beginning.

Who is still married from the Married to Medicine season 1 cast?
Any walk down Married to Medicine’s memory lane would not be complete without a quick catch-up on how all of our favorite season one couples are doing now.
And for the most part it seems like the Married to Medicine season one marriages are still going strong. Quad Webb notably went through a very public divorce from her ex-husband, Dr. Gregory Lunceford, in 2019.
But Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Toya Bush-Harris, Mariah HuQ and Kari Wells are all seemingly still happily married to this day (save for a few infidelity rumors here and there, of course).
Is Mariah still a producer on Married to Medicine?
If you have been following Married to Medicine and the show’s ever-growing cast over the years, then you will likely know that Mariah HuQ was always much more than simply another character featured on the show.
In fact, HuQ not only signed on for the first season of Married to Medicine as one of the main cast members, but also as one of the show’s creators and executive producers.
However, after HuQ’s departure from the show in 2019, many fans wondered whether she stayed on behind the scenes.
But while Mariah’s transition to being only an executive producer from season eight and onwards was certainly not without its obstacles, she is still involved with the show all these years later.
Which cast members will return for Married to Medicine season 11?
Married to Medicine is only just wrapping up its 10th season, but questions have already surfaced about which cast members will return to reprise their roles in the next season.
And, while Bravo has not yet announced any official details for the show’s 11th season, Dr. Heavenly Kimes did let it slip that the wheels for this next season are already in motion.
And this longtime Married to Medicine star also confirmed that the entire cast (including Quad Webb) is coming back next season.
