Mall of Africa has announced the opening of its new store, Yokico, which offers a selection of unique and quirky stationary items from the national franchise.
Mall of Africa announced on Instagram on Saturday, 21 November 2020, that it has opened a new store on the lower retail level close to CNA and Incredible Connection, Yokico. Yokico is a stationary store that offers a wide variety of journals, pens, pencils, gifts and collectables. The franchise is widely popular across South Africa and will now be sharing its creative items with Midrand and surrounding customers.
The Instagram post stated, “We think the world needs some more colour these days! Come down to Yokico brand new store at Mall of Africa.” For the opening weekend, Yokico invited new customers to come in and add their personal touch to its colouring wall. Customers were offered a voucher for their participation, as they attempted to make the store more vibrant by using some of the highly pigmented crayons found at Yokico.
