Unsellable Houses will return for its fourth season in 2023, this premiere will just be later than expected.

Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis from Unsellable Homes focus on transforming the seemingly unwanted houses which appear on the show into irresistible homes that sell quickly, and for top dollar.

Although HGTV has confirmed that Unsellable Houses will return for its fourth season in 2023, the premiere date for this has now been pushed back to September.

About Unsellable Houses

Most home renovation shows focus on giving homeowners their dream forever-homes.

But Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis from HGTV’s hit series, Unsellable Houses, help homeowners to get their properties moving on the real-estate market, so that they can move on as quickly as possible.

Lyndsay and Leslie, the twins who take charge of these ambitious renovation projects have had years of experience selling and designing for the Pacific Northwest real estate market and always manage to turn these seemingly “unsellable” properties around in record time.

Will Unsellable Houses return in 2023?

Unsellable Houses first started airing in 2019 and it did not take long for Lyndsay and Leslie, and their approachable design style and personalities to win over a loyal following.

In fact, by the time that the show’s second season finished airing in 2021, Unsellable Houses had garnered more than 31 million total viewers.

The show’s popularity continued beyond the second season and HGTV has even announced that Unsellable Houses was officially renewed for a fourth season.

However, the timeline for exactly when this fourth season will premiere has been somewhat over the place.

HGTV’s initial renewal announcement for Unsellable Houses stated that the new, fourth season, would premiere on July 23, 2023, making it one of the main shows in the network’s summer line-up for this year.

However, it seems like these initial plans may have changed rather rapidly behind-the-scenes, as most of the newest promotional material, including the updated HGTV press release, now claim that the show will be released on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 8/7c.

So, even though the fourth season of Unsellable Houses has been delayed by a few months, it seems like fans will still get to watch brand-new episodes of the show, before the end of 2023, after all.

The shows that premiered on HGTV instead

Although Unsellable Houses did not end up returning on its initial July 2023 premiere date, there are a few other home renovation and design shows that premiered around this time on HGTV.

This includes brand-new shows like Flip the Strip and Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge, which premiered on July 10, 2023 and July 16, 2023, respectively.

The HGTV July 2023 line-up also included a few other returning shows, like Alison Victoria’s Windy City Rehab: Alison’s Dream spin-off, which premiered on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

As well as the second season of Why the Heck Did I Buy this House?, which aired in Unsellable Houses’s spot on July 23 at 10 p.m. Eastern time.

Where to watch Unsellable Houses

If you want to catch up on the previous seasons of Unsellable Houses before the fourth season eventually premieres in September, you will have a variety of options to choose from.

Unsellable Houses is available to stream on Max (formerly known as HBO Max) and HGTV Go, where new episodes from the fourth season will also be available to stream on the same day that they air on HGTV.

Alternatively, the show is also available on platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Discovery+, Spectrum, Vudu, Apple TV and Google Play.

What to expect for Unsellable Houses season 4

The upcoming fourth season of Unsellable Houses will include 13 all-new hour-long episodes.

As with previous seasons of the show, fans can expect to see Lyndsay’s design expertise and Leslie’s budgeting and negotiation skills on full display in this fourth season of the show.

The Lamb & Co (the company founded by Leslie and Lyndsay) Instagram page, has confirmed that even though this fourth season of Unsellable Houses has been more than a year in the making, it will contain “double the fun, double the twins, and DOUBLE the unsellables”.

The very first episode of this fourth season will be centered on an outdated house in Shoreline, Washington, which had been on the market for more than a month, at the time of filming.

Lyndsay and Leslie will have to work against the clock and on a tight budget in order to help the homeowners of this house, who have been stuck paying two mortgages, to turn their unwanted house into a bold and modern home that will appeal to prospective buyers.
