The Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch team has pulled out all the stops to ensure that the show gets renewed for another season.
The Ollingers and their team of experts have certainly found many unexplained and mysterious things over the course of their many adventures and excavations at Blind Frog Ranch.
But since Chad, Duane and the team have now confirmed that season three concluded one episode short of the nine episodes which were originally planned – it seems like the location of the buried Aztec treasure is no longer the biggest question that fans of the show want answered.

The very first episode of Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch premiered back in 2021. And while Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch is still relatively green in the world of Discovery’s various treasure-hunting-themed shows, it has now aired a total of three seasons, with over 22 total episodes, as follows:

Duane even stated in a recent interview with AllYourScreens.com that they have “so many people” who depend on them and who want them to move forward, that he no longer feels like he could just decide to throw in the towel.
It also seems like both Chad and Duane are still convinced that there is “more” treasure to be found somewhere on their property.
What to expect if Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch gets renewed
The most frustrating thing about the apparent mix-up with the Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch season three finale is the fact that episode eight ended on a massive cliffhanger with the team finally having found a dry entrance into the property’s vast cave system.
If Discovery ends up giving Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch season four the green light, it seems natural that fans can expect to see the team venturing further into these caves in search of the rumored Aztec treasure.
Fans can also expect to see Duane rocking a brand-new, short-haired look in future seasons.
