One of the contestants who has already been faring well in the competition is Monay (or at least that is the name that she chose for the show).
The identity of Monay’s famous father has not yet been revealed, but she has given some hints as to who he might be.
So far, we know that her father is the celebrity in her life, and that he is an athlete with an Emmy.
Unfortunately, though, with this season’s new twist, we also know that one of these facts is a complete lie – which is what has made this mystery that much more complicated.

At this point, a lot is still up in the air when it comes to Monay’s famous relative. Many insiders believe that Monay’s real name is actually Jerrica Brooks (who has the stage name J. Monay).
This would make her secret celebrity relative the actor and comedian J.B. Smoove. Another guess is that Monay’s father is television host, Steve Harvey.

If this prediction is not correct, it might be a while until we find out what Monay’s true ‘claim to fame’ is. Monay has already proven that she has all of the necessary strategy and skill to do well in this competition.
