History has not yet confirmed that The Curse of Oak Island will return for season 12. However, if we use some good-old treasure-hunting logic and operate on the assumption that the network will not hesitate to renew one of its most popular shows – this does open the door to a few educated guesses.

For one, the team will likely be venturing even further down into the Money Pit if they do return for another season (that is if they can manage to work around the flooding).
