Fans will have to rely on Love It or List It reruns and virtual tours as no new episodes have made their way to the US recently.
Love It or List It sees Hilary Farr and David Visentin square off as they try to convince homeowners to keep or to sell their homes, respectively.
New episodes of the show have aired recently on HGTV Canada, but until the show announces new content for the United States, fans will have to get by with re-runs.
The Love It or List It format
Every episode of Love It or List It starts out more or less the same way: the desperate homeowners contact the show’s hosts, Hilary Farr and David Visentin, to help them decide whether they should make some much-needed upgrades to their current home, or whether they should pack everything up and move to a new home.
Then, Hilary’s tries to convince the homeowners that a few renovations are all that she needs to make them love their current home, whereas David tries to convince them that the grass really may be greener elsewhere.
Updates for the Love It or List It 2023 schedule
This Love It or List It format has proved so popular that the reality series has become one of HGTV’s only shows to reach double-digit seasons.
However, while the show has become a fan-favorite in the States and it even shot a few seasons in North Carolina a few years ago, Love It or List It is actually Canadian.
Love It or List It is made by the Canadian company, Big Coat Productions, both of its hosts live in Canada and the majority of the show’s content has actually been filmed in Toronto over the years.
Moreover, the show’s Facebook page even recently announced that a brand new episode of Love It or List It started airing on HGTV Canada on May 15, 2023.
Unfortunately, these new episodes of the series have not yet reached the States. Love It or List It fans living in the United States (US) had to settle for a special four-week event instead, which only included four new hour-long episodes of the show.
Since then, there has been no official update on when US-based fans can expect to see new episodes of the show.
However, if you really need your Love It or List It fix, you will be able to find old episodes of the show (including this HGTV special) on the Discovery+ streaming service.
Alternatively, you could tune into HGTV to catch reruns of the Love It or List It episodes from previous seasons.

Why are the new episodes of Love It or List It only airing in Canada?
There has been no official word on why the most recent Love It or List It episodes have only been released in Canada thus far.
The series reportedly brought in more than 25 million viewers by 2019, so it is unlikely that poor viewership or ratings are to blame.
At this stage, it seems like there may be some behind-the-scenes licensing agreements or logistics delaying the process, but this does not mean that these episodes will not make their way over to the US eventually.
