Tree Tops Houghton is currently in the early stages of development; however, it has now informed buyers about the standard appliances that come with each unit.
Tree Tops is a premium development in the heart of one of Johannesburg’s most vibrant districts, Houghton, which is being developed by Tricolt. The apartments come with one, two or three bedrooms, with the three-bedroom apartments having the option of being a deluxe unit. The building is set to be four stories high, with the ground floor offering a private garden for residents. The units come with ample living space and en-suite bathrooms, and are priced between R1.65 million and R9 million.
The development has been providing updates for potential buyers to virtually experience the journey to completion. In an Instagram post on Wednesday, 11 November 2020, Tree Tops shared that each unit will come with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and stove and a tumble dryer.
The post stated, “Not only are you buying a home, but you are saving about R50 000 on appliances and you’re making money because you have to sell your old appliances!”
