Throbbing Strawberry has announced that it will be hosting a Tequila 101 Workshop as the last event of the year, where a tequila connoisseur will be offering pairing tapas with each drink.
Throbbing Strawberry will be hosting its Tequila 101 Workshop on Saturday, 12 December 2020, at the Douglasdale restaurant. Guests will be treated to a night filled with a list of tequilas that offer different flavours and nodes, which will be accompanied by tapas to give them something to snack on whilst tequila connoisseur, Ri, explains what each drink comprises.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, 3 December 2020, Throbbing Strawberry stated, “It’s time to treat yourself to an amazing night of tequila and tapas! Our very own in-house tequila connoisseur, Ri… Well, let’s call him José for the night, will be presenting a select few tequilas and pairing them with some great tapas from our kitchen.”
The event will take place from 18:30, and is priced at R295 per person, which is inclusive of drinks and food. Throbbing Strawberry also informed customers that the kitchen will be open throughout the night, particularly for those who prefer a more filling and satisfying meal.
