While these two shows are very different, is really impossible to watch The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch and Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch back to back without seeing all of the parallels between these shows.
Both shows make a point to show all of the unexplained going-on on the properties (this ranges from trespassers and dead animals, to alleged skinwalker transformations).
They have also both dealt with things like the local Utah history, weird electro-magnetic activity and even freak weather conditions over the years.
