The River Club Beverly is currently in the early stages of development, however, with the welcoming entrance that has already been structured, potential residents are able to see the vision for the estate.
The River Club is based in the heart of the upmarket northern Johannesburg suburb of Beverley. Being less than a kilometre off William Nicol, the location is easily accessible and not hidden away by other estates or developments. The apartment complex by Summercon Property Development is still in the foundation phase, however, potential buyers are able to view the site before the structures are built.
The entrance boasts lush foliage and succulents that give off a riverside embankment ambiance. With the estate being built below ground level, the entry immediately shows off the natural elements of the estate and the overall intention of the sustainable development. The guard house is situated between the entrance and exit, with the addition of stone cladding and red accents outside, as seen in Summercon Property Development’s other new complexes.
