Summercon’s Ventura in Fourways has launched its fifth and sixth phases, offering more apartments for sale in the security-monitored estate in the popular northern Johannesburg suburb.
Summercon Property Development’s Ventura complex in Fourways has more apartments for sale, as announced in an Instagram post on Thursday, 5 November 2020. The new development comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments, which are priced from R829 000 for the one-bedroom, one-bathroom executive apartment, to R1 429 000 for a three-bedroom, 2-bathroom executive apartment.
The estate offers 24-hour access-controlled security, as well as a clubhouse with a fully equipped indoor gym and swimming pool. The common areas are maintained by professional landscapers who oversee the indigenous garden areas and the ground floor gardens.
