Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings is returning for a new, solo-racing season in 2024, with the in-person races starting in April.
Discovery has greenlit several spin-offs for the Street Outlaws franchise over the years. But none have been quite as successful (or quite as popular) as Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings.
No Prep Kings takes the “street” out of Street Outlaws and challenges everyone’s favorite drivers to duke it out on the drag strip, where the surface is left unprepared.
This results in one hell of a competition, where just about anything and everything is possible.

What to expect for Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings season 7
It looks like the racers who are returning for No Prep Kings season seven, will have a few important decisions to make before they hit the drag strip in April.
It has already been announced that this season of No Prep Kings will return to the solo-racing format and will require that every individual racer fend for themselves out on the track.
However, what is yet to be determined is whether this new season will continue to follow the ‘Great 8’ format, or whether it will introduce a brand-new set of rules.
Who will be returning for Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings season 7?
There are only a few days left until the No Prep Kings racers have to pull out all the stops in the first of season seven’s 15 total races, and the return to solo-racing is sure to ruffle some feathers.
However, it looks like it will take more than a simple format change to scare away No Prep Kings’ most popular racers.
And racers like Chuck Seitsinger, Murda Nova, Ryan Martin, Daddy Dave, Gregory Chandler and Kye Kelley have already started posting about what they have planned for this new season and its new format.
It also looks like some teams intend to race multiple cars this season.
In a rather surprising turn of events, Jerry “Monza” Johnston, who sat out season six – has also been showing off a new Chevelle SS. This seems to imply that he may be joining the season seven race as well.
When will Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings season 6 start airing?
The Street Outlaws team has never really been the best at communicating details about new seasons – probably, because most of the racers are so used to flying under the radar.
However, after months of rumors and speculation that season six of No Prep Kings may start airing at the same time that season seven’s real-life races are taking place, we finally have what seems like an official confirmation that season six will start airing in April of 2024.
Boosted GT confirmed in a recent March 22, 2024 Facebook post that No Prep Kings season six will start airing in April, stating: “Individual racing is back!! NPK season 7 starts next month. Season 6 airs next month as well!”
Therefore, it seems like avid No Prep Kings fans will have much excitement to look forward to over the course of the next few months.
