Saint Restaurant has announced that it is now offering its Neapolitan pizzas on Uber Eats, which are available to residents from Sandton and surrounding areas.
Saint announced in an Instagram post on Wednesday, 11 November 2020, that it is now giving customers the option to purchase its famous Neapolitan pizzas on Uber Eats. The five-star restaurant is well known for its Greek Mythology-inspired murals that cover the dome of its premises, which has become a landmark in The Marc, Sandton. Taking into consideration the restrictions of COVID-19 and the reluctance of customers to have sit-down meals, Saint has adapted its offering to make patrons more comfortable.
The Neapolitan-style pizzas are cooked in a wood-burning oven, and have fast become one of the restaurant’s most well-known meals. Priced between R125 and R175, there are seven different flavours to choose from, which all comprise the Neapolitan base. These include: margherita with fresh mozzarella; The Big Nacho with jerked chicken, avocado, sour cream and cumin; salami with black olives and white anchovies; pepperoni; parma ham with mozzarella, charred sirloin with barbeque sauce and caramelized onion; and spicy bacon with avocado and crumbled feta.
