Bargain Block season three is still airing, but it may not be long until Keith and Evan return for a fourth season.

There is absolutely no doubt that it has been fabulous to see Keith and Evan take on a whole new set of challenges for the third season of their ever-popular house flipping show, Bargain Block.

But with this latest season drawing to a close, many fans have already started wondering about the show’s future.

Bargain Block season 4 predictions

Here’s the deal – with Bargain Block’s most recent season three, episode seven “The Forest House” still fresh in HGTV’s lineup, this show only has few more episodes left until Keith Evan, Shea and the rest of the team have to call it quits.

And HGTV has not renewed the show for a fourth season just yet. However, just because the show has not been renewed, this does not mean that it has been cancelled.

So far, the renewal and air dates for Bargain Block’s first three seasons are as follows:

Season Renewal date Initial air dates
Season 1 January 3, 2021 April 14, 2021, to June 9, 2021
Season 2 September 21, 2021 June 8, 2022, to August 17, 2023
Season 3 July 27, 2023 August 23, 2023 to October 25, 2023

Since none of the show’s previous renewals were announced before the season that was airing at the time had finished airing, there is still plenty of time for a Bargain Block renewal before the 2024 television season begins.

In fact, if Bargain Block sticks to the same schedule that it has in the past, if the show is renewed (as expected) and it returns for a fourth season, fans can probably expect this season premiere around the end of October 2024.

What lies ahead for the rest of Bargain Block season 3

But, of course, before any real news about Bargain Block four can be announced, season three will have to air its final few episodes.

This third season will feature  eleven episodes, but HGTV has only released the details for the next two episodes of the season, as follows:

Episode Initial air date Re-run air dates
Episode 8: “The Scandinavian House” Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 9 p.m.
  • October 19 at 12 a.m.
  • October 24 at 1 p.m.
  • November 5 at 4 p.m.
Episode 9: “The Boys House” Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 9 p.m.
  • October 26 at 12 a.m.
  • November 5 at 11 a.m.
  • November 21 at 5 p.m.

What are the chances that Bargain Block will be renewed for a fourth season?

The USTVB website places Bargain Block among the top three of HGTV’s most popular shows, with the third season bringing in over a million viewers per episode, on average.

To add to this, Bargain Block has also built up quite a strong fan base. The Bargain Block Instagram page is filled with positive comments like “Love you guyz, great show” and “one of my favorite HGTV shows!!!”

And while this may not guarantee a renewal, it does build a fairly strong case that there is a great demand for HGTV to bring Keith and Evan back for another season.

Would Keith and Evan want to return for a fourth season?

If you have not been keeping up with all things Keith and Evan, outside of their antics on the show, then you may not know that this duo actually purchased and flipped their very first Detroit home in 2017. This was before any ideas for a show had even started emerging.

And since Keith and Evan have now put down roots in the area with their very own Michigan home and Detroit-based business – Nine Design + Homes, it does not seem like they will throw in the towel on their show anytime soon.

What you can expect from Bargain Block season 4

The current third season of Bargain Block has already been one of the most popular seasons of the show so far, and for good reason.

Keith and Evan have taken on more challenging builds than ever before and have produced some of the most exciting designs in the show’s history this season.

If and when the fourth season of Bargain Block does premiere, fans can expect to see between nine and eleven new episodes, filled to the brim with new budget-friendly builds, and of course, even more silly antics from the show’s beloved hosts.

And although it may seem like Detroit may be running out of dilapidated houses for this dynamic duo to flip, Keith is adamant that they will keep the show Detroit-based for as long as they possibly can.
