Pienaarsrust Boutique Estate opens stall at Bryanston Organic Market

Pienaarsrust Boutique Estate has opened a stall at the Bryanston Organic Market, which offers a selection of organic produce converted into oils, pestos and butters.

Pienaarsrust Boutique Estate joined the Bryanston Organic Market in early November 2020, and is currently one of its newest vendors. Its produce is grown and cultivated at the Pienaarsrust Boutique Estate in Parys, and also act as ingredients for other organic products. From the olives grown on the farm, the vendors also make a selection of oils and pestos that have quickly become a favourite amongst consumers.

Owner, Leonard, explained that along with the stall’s offering of farm products, he has also begun purchasing leftover produce from surrounding stalls and converting them into pickles. He explained that as a proudly organic brand, he is happy to share his natural products with his new customers, who have praised him for his unique use of vegetables. Some of his offerings include olive tapenade, spinach pesto, salad dressings and carrot atchar.
