Pablo Sandton has added a new breakfast dish to its menu, the Lobster Benedict, which merges the delicacy of lobster and a classic poached egg.
Pablo Sandton took to Instagram on Monday, 16 November 2020, to announce a new addition to its menu, the Lobster Benedict. The upmarket Johannesburg restaurant has added a twist to the traditional breakfast dish by adding lobster, which is considered a lavish seafood dish. To add more extravagance to the meal, Pablo’s chefs have topped the meal with caviar, which is also considered a delicacy.
According to the Instagram post, the Lobster Benedict is made of English muffins topped with a poached egg, bacon crumble, silky citrus hollandaise sauce, woodfire crawfish tails and exquisite caviar. The restaurant is well-known for its unique take on classic dishes, with its woodfire oven pizzas of different flavours being amongst its most popular menu items. Pablo is also recognised as a notable weekend social space, with its events welcoming patrons for signature drinks at the bar.
