Marc Lottering and Melrose Arch have announced that the well-known comedian will be making a stop at The Venue in December, as part of his Lottering On Lockdown nationwide tour.
Marc Lottering will be performing at The Venue Melrose Arch on Sunday, 6 December 2020, as part of his Lottering On Lockdown comedy tour. Melrose Arch made the announcement on Instagram on Monday, 23 November 2020, informing Johannesburg residents that the popular comedian will only be at The Venue for one night this December. Marc announced that he would be returning to the stage for his annual Christmas tour in an Instagram post in October 2020.
At the time, he had limited his performances to Cape Town areas, however, he has now decided to expand his shows beyond the Western Cape province. In the initial Instagram post, he stated, “And so, we ever so cautiously tiptoe back into the theatre, welcoming a live audience. This is going to be different. I want to hear your laughter from behind your sexy mask! It’s my festive season one-man show, featuring favourite parts of stand-up from my lockdown shows.”
Tickets for the show are available for purchase on Computicket, with a limited number available due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
