La Stalla Deli is a new convenient deli store that provides fresh fruits and vegetables, along with organic meat produce that is cultivated on the farm.
La Stalla Deli, based in Parktown, is a recently established deli store nestled in a quaint convenient store setting. Offering a selection of meats and produce, the deli prides itself in its use of organic methods in cultivating its stock, and has emphasised the importance of its practices. Owned by Chef Diack, all products are taken from the Diack Family Farm in Brightside, which is found in the Magaliesberg Mountain Range.
Entering the deli, customers are able to sample the meat from the hotdog stand, which offers a selection of chicken, beef, lamb and duck. The organic vegetables and fruits are displayed in the open baskets outside the store, whilst the indoor area focuses on the selection of frozen meat and long-life products on offer.
Displayed on the central table are the freshly made pestos, which, according to the La Stalla Deli staffers, are also made from the vegetables found on the farm.
