JB Rivers Hyde Park launches new menu

JB Rivers Hyde Park has launched its new menu, which consists of its signature dishes from Head Chef, Jean-Marc Flaschner, and new creations to expand its offering.

JB Rivers Hyde Park announced the launch of its new menu on Monday, 9 November 2020, and has since showcased many of its new creations on Instagram for customers to see. The menu also includes new vegan and vegetarian dishes, which is an expansion of its offering to appeal to a wider market.

Despite the introduction of a new menu, JB Rivers has assured customers that many of its signature dishes are still available. The eatery has quelled fears of it possibly doing away with some of its customers’ favourite dishes.

In a subsequent Instagram post on Friday, 13 November 2020, the restaurant showcased one of the new dishes, a salmon and prawn pasta with linguine. Cooked with fresh salmon, the prawns were perfectly cooked in a tomato and dill sauce, with a touch of cream and some Pernod Ricard as the finishing touches.
