After a season-long hiatus, Eric Drummond has returned for the fourth season of Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch.
“The past year, I’ve been working all over the world, looking at prospects here and there. You know, there’s a lot out there to find. But discovering Aztec gold right here at Blind Frog Ranch? That would be the find of a lifetime. So, I’m really excited to be back and help these guys figure it out,” Drummond shared.
But every time I look at him, I can’t help but notice the sadness in his face—it must take a lot for a supposed expert to play along with the farce that is Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch.
And, of course, who could forget when the poor fellow couldn’t identify gallium, a chemical element occurring in rocks and discovered back in 1875? Recall this priceless monologue from Drummond in Season 2:
“I ran tests on those metal plugs we pulled out of the rocks all night, trying to figure out what kind of metal that is. I’ve been able to, you know, eliminate several possibilities, but I still don’t have a definitive answer for Duane and the guys. I mean, I’ll be honest with you—I’m a geologist, but I’m not really sure what’s going on here.”
Poor fellow—no wonder he had to sit out the third season. He needed to recover from the embarrass… I mean, he had to “work all over the world.”
