Ethos has revealed the official menu for its Christmas Eve dinner, which will include three courses of delectable food to show off the culinary skills of its team.
Ethos shared an Instagram post on Wednesday, 9 December 2020, which revealed the official menu for its upcoming Christmas Eve dinner. The dinner will be hosted at the Sandton restaurant, where guests are invited to partake in the Ethos festivities for R950 per person.
The entrance fee includes a three-course meal and a welcome drink, with any other drinks being at an additional cost.
Guests are at liberty to choose between three options in each course, with each dish appealing to either vegetarians, pescatarians or meat-eaters. For starters, there will be choice between Prawn and Crayfish Cocktails, Roast Beetroot Salad and Charred Beef Tartar.
For mains, guests will get to choose between Beef Tenderloin, Stuffed Turkey Roulade and Pan-fried Kabeljou. Finally, for dessert, Millionaire’s Christmas Trifle, Bread and Butter Pudding and Christmas fruits will be on offer.
