Ellipse Waterfall is a high-rise luxury apartment development in the heart of Waterfall City, which is expected to start welcoming occupants from June 2021.
Ellipse Waterfall is the newest development from Attacq and Tricolt, who are currently in the process of building the new high-rise luxury apartment development in Waterfall City, Midrand. With construction having started in March 2020, the development companies have been hard at work and have shared regular updates on Instagram.
The latest update was on Thursday, 29 October 2020, which revealed that the complex is expected to start welcoming in occupants in June 2021. The post stated, “Construction continues to move smoothly, and the outline of your future home is taking shape beautifully! Without a doubt, Ellipse Waterfall is going to be absolutely incredible! The first luxury apartments in Waterfall City.”
According to the post, much of the landscape design has been placed on the podium structure of the development, allowing for potential buyers to see the vision for the outdoor space.
