Design Quarter’s Market On Main to have wreath making workshop

Design Quarter’s Christmas pop-up market, Market On Main, will be having a wreath making workshop this December, hosted by Johannesburg’s legendary flower couturier, Franz Gräbe.

Designer Quarter shared an Instagram post on Monday, 7 December 2020, to inform Market On Main attendees that there will be a wreath making workshop on Saturday, 19 December 2020. The two-hour workshop will take place from 12:00 until 14:00, and will be hosted by well-known flower couturier, Franz Gräbe.

The post stated, “Make your own couture wreath… Spoil yourself and/or a loved one with a two-hour workshop hosted by Johannesburg’s legendary flower couturier, Franz Gräbe.”

The cost of the workshop is R800 per person, which is inclusive of all the materials needed to make the wreaths. Franz will be guiding attendees along as they create their Christmas wreath, offering them advice on how to perfect and tweak each one using his personal experience and skills. Booking for the workshop is essential, as spaces have been limited due to the COVID-19 guidelines.
