Craft Homes has announced that it will soon be launching its latest development, Waterberry Broadacres, with launch day sign-ups now open.
Craft Homes shared an Instagram post on Wednesday, 11 November 2020, announcing the upcoming launch of Waterberry Broadacres. Based in the smaller suburb of Broadacres in Fourways, the estate is said to have homes with three and four bedrooms, which will all be categorised as free-standing duplexes. Craft Homes has also informed potential buyers that they are now able to sign-up for the launch day, which will be taking place in the coming months.
The website shows a front-facing design of the home, which will come in an off-grey colour with large windows throughout to allow for natural light to come through. Each home will also be separated by a low-rise wall and will come with an easy-to-maintain back garden.
Craft Homes has stipulated that the homes in Waterberry Broadacres will be priced from R1 895 000, with more details to follow closer to the launch.
