Craft Homes is now allowing potential buyers to view its latest development in Sandton, The Terrace, following the recent launch of the showhouse.
Craft Homes has opened its new development, The Terrace’s showhouse, and is allowing potential buyers to come in and view the newly built property. The property development company announced the launch in an Instagram post on Tuesday, 3 November 2020, stating, “The Terrace showhouse just launched! Reimagine your future, reimagine luxury living. The Terrace at Sandton Gate, your home reimagined.”
The Terrace offers two and three-bedroom apartments, which each come with private balconies. The three-bedroom apartments are based on the penthouse floor, with residents having private access to the rooftop garden. Each home also comes with a MIELE electric stove, oven, and extractor and pre-paid electric meters.
One of the standout features of The Terrace is the Sandgate Precinct, which gives residents convenient access to facilities and restaurants. The precinct houses Planet Fitness, an assortment of restaurants, a piazza, beauticians and salons, access to the Braamfontein Spruit greenbelt and P-grade office suites.
Prospective buyers are permitted to book an appointment with a sales agent via the Craft Homes website.
