Chas Everitt Developments has announced the completion of the demolition stage at Dunkeld Mews, which is in preparation for the revamped development that is currently being promoted.
Chas Everitt Developments shared an update on the progress of Dunkeld Mews in an Instagram post on Friday, 20 November 2020. The existing homes built on the property have now been completely demolished and the sales suites have been installed on site.
The post stated, “The demolition is complete, and our sales suite has all finishes and optional extras installed. We are looking to achieve a 50 percent sell-out before we close for the year.”
The demolition began on Friday, 13 November 2020, and was completed within the week. Chas Everitt Developments is currently preparing for the building of its new townhouse development, which will be designed as cluster-style homes priced from R3 850 000. Dunkeld Mews is already 30 percent sold, with occupation being scheduled for late 2021.
