Century Property Developments has announced that the show unit at The Sheds @ Waterfall has been completed and is now ready to be viewed by potential buyers and investors.
Century Property Developments shared an Instagram post on Sunday, 29 November 2020, which announced the launch of the show unit at The Sheds @ Waterfall. The new development from the property company comprises 72 cluster homes, which are expected to be completed in 2021.
Century Property stated, “Our new show unit at The Sheds @ Waterfall has been completed and ready for you to view. This furnished show unit makes use of stunning feature walls with striking wallpaper. The furniture was chosen to showcase the space, and clearly illustrates how easy it is to furnish these sought-after units.”
Potential buyers are advised to book an appointment with the on-site sales team, who will accompany them around the new development. The show unit showcases the finishes and amenities that come with the apartments, including gas stove islands, raw concreate stairs and ceilings, and wooden floors on the top floor. Buyers will also be able to change different aspects of their homes, however, Century Property’s layout and aesthetic is an indication of the intended look and feel.
