Aurum Restaurant has announced the launch of its new spring/summer 2021 menu, which has a day and a night selection known as the Aurum Luna Summer and Aurum Soils Summer.
Aurum is a fine dining restaurant based at The Leonardo in the heart of Sandton, Johannesburg. As one of the most exclusive restaurants in the city, Aurum has consistently updated its menus to incorporate seasonal ingredients and the latest food trends. In an Instagram post on Friday, 23 October 2020, the restaurant announced that it has officially launched the spring/summer 2021 menu, which will be available from now until well into 2021.
Aurum stated, “Couldn’t be more proud of the team for pulling off the spring/summer 2021 menu launch.” The launch hosted selected guests to try out some of the dishes on the two menus. The Luna menu offers dinner options, such as a selection of meat and hearty meals, whilst the Soils menu is more suited for a summer lunch or brunch, as it comprises garden salads and smaller portions of food.
