Archer Bar & Eatery has reopened in the heart of the Melrose Arch Precinct, offering a vibrant place for all meals of the day and its signature cocktails.
Archer Bar & Eatery reopened its doors on Thursday, 29 October 2020, at the Melrose Arch Precinct, after closing down indefinitely in March 2020 due to the nationwide lockdown. This was soon after its grand opening on Sunday, 1 March 2020.
The restaurant is an all-encompassing social space that also offers light snacks to accompany a coffee or cocktail. According to the website, Archer Bar & Eatery is inspired by a philosophy of authenticity and unassuming excellence, which has helped create its warm, yet ultra-chic, aesthetic.
The menu comprises meals for any time of the day, with small plates allowing patrons to pick and choose different flavours and delicacies. The cocktails also appeal to a variety of liquor lovers, with the bar also offering a cocktail of the week, which is showcased on the website. Archer Bar & Eatery has also become known for its moonshine ice-cream, which is a handcrafted, alcohol-infused delicacy.
